Project Manager / Designer (Commercial Projects)

Responsibilities


  • Manage local asset enhancement / renovation of commercial accommodations and deliver up-scale products by providing professional project management advice

  • Manage overall project timeline, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures<

  • Lead the design process and to manage architect and/or design consultants / related parties to ensure design meeting the brief, and to ensure that design documents and studies are delivered and government submissions made on time, within budget and meeting quality standards

  • Manage contractors to control progress and to ascertain the full compliance with required standard of workmanship and specifications

  • Work closely with the consultants to ensure all design changes are under established budget control measures


Requirements


  • Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Surveying or related disciplines

  • Design and project experience in commercial projects, particularly asset enhancement projects and food related licences, being an advantage

  • Minimum 8 years of project experience preferably with developers, asset management companies or with consultancy firms

  • Hardworking, self-initiated and able to work under pressure and tight timeline

  • Good communication skill and fluency in both English and Chinese

Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

Job responsibilities:


  • In charge in the daily operation and management of residential & commercial properties

  • Supervise a team & oversee the daily operation e.g. dealing with tenants, communicate with head office, etc.

  • Manage & monitor the performance of contractor, suppliers & service providers

  • Liaise with various departments internally on property management related issues

  • Liaise with various government departments on property management related issues & maintain good relationship

  • Take the leading role in formation of owners committee


Job requirements:


  • Degree holder in Property / Housing Management or equivalent

  • Experience in portfolio management in residential properties

  • Handover operations for residential properties is an advantage

  • Familiar with BMO & DMC and experience in Formation of I/O and OC

  • Corporate Member of CIH, HKIH, or relevant qualifications equivalent preferred

  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing sizable high-end residential developments

  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, I/O & OC members and the public

  • Enthusiastic, a strong team leader and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for design and drafting of construction drawings for building projects

  • Well-versed with Hong Kong building regulations, able to prepare full set of Building Plans for submission to the Building Authorities, manage the full production of both architectural & interior drawings

  • Exposures with site experience would be advantages


Requirements 


  • Higher Diploma in architectural studies or equivalent

  • At least 3 years or above in architectural design 

  • Able to work with designers to produce presentation materials at tight schedules

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D, Sketch Up, Photoshop & MS Office

  • Handle full set of working / construction drawings and rendering

  • Experience in site supervision and coordination would be advantaged
