Assistant Finance Manager (Hospitality)

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the financial management of the company and for directing all the financial functions of the business

  • Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

Construction Manager

Responsibilities:




  • Assist the General Manager of Construction Management to supervise construction activities, ensure full compliance on company's requirement and standard;

  • Provide overall supervision and monitor and drive construction progress to meet timeline fixed by Top Management; 

  • Resolve technical problems for various residential / commercial development assigned by General Manager; 

  • Manage the construction projects including quality control, progress monitoring, value enhancement and overall site administration;
