Contract Manager / Senior Contract Manager

Job info

Responsibilities:


  • Handle all quantity surveying matters including but not limited to procurement and tendering, contract administration, cost planning, cost control and final accounts



  • Work with the project team to propose the appropriate / suitable procurement strategy for the projects

  • Development and implementation of sound contract management processes for the project execution

  • Carry out tender assessment and tender analysis

  • Manage and monitor payment process, evaluation of variation order, claims and final account

  • Prepare cost reports for senior management's review



  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Degree in Quantity Surveying with recognized qualifications of MHKIS or equivalent

  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in quantity surveying, consultancy & developer experience is preferred

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Contract Manager

  • Familiar with tendering, subletting, purchasing, negotiation and contracts administration for building construction

  • Familiar with Buildings Ordinance, allied legislation and related Codes of Practice. Familiar with construction sites safety and relevant legislations.

  • Excellent scheduling, analytical and negotiation skills, well co-ordination with Contractors and Vendors

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:



  • Overall in charge of daily operations of residential / commercial portfolios

  • Manager and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and services providers

  • Liaise with various departments internally on property related issues

  • Assist to prepare budget for all assigned properties

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor



Requirements:



  • Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent

  • Holder of PMP Licence (Tier 1) is a must, Corporate Member of CIH, HKIH, RPH or relevant qualifications equivalent preferred

Finance Manager

Job info

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in managing daily operation of Finance & Accounts department

  • Perform annual & periodic financial budget, forecast & cash flow forecast analysis

  • Perform financial & management analysis

  • Liaise with external parties (lawyer, auditors, bankers, other financial institutions and professionals) on various financial & compliance matters

  • Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties

  • Perform ad hoc assignment as required by the senior management



Requirements:



  • Degree or above in Accountancy or Finance with Professional accounting / finance analyst qualifications from recognized accounting bodies, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CFA

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in property developer / REITs / Big 4 & listed company with 4 years in a supervisory role

  • Experience in commercial, real estate, joint venture and financial reporting is highly preferred

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager

  • Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules, and other legal and compliance regulations

  • Attention to details, organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Flexible, detail-oriented, well organized with strong leadership skills

  • Able to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS applications and ERP systems. Exposure in Oracle/JDE implementation is preferred

  • Manage local residential development projects and deliver up-scale products by providing professional project management service

  • Manage overall project timeline, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures

  • Responsible for the whole design process and to manage architect, other consultants and related parties to ensure design documents and studies are delivered and government submissions made on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
