Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform construction site supervision, including site inspection in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely

  • Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standard is achieved, e.g. construction sequence, workmanship and health and safety, etc

  • Monitor the progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget

  • Work closely with consultants, governmental departments, relevant organizations and internal team on project progression and implementation


Requirements:


  • High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines

  • Conversant with quality procedure and able to inspect and report

  • Advise the Board of Director on acquisition, disposal, reinvestment and utilization of real estate assets and investment properties

  • Monitor the domestic market trends and developments in the real estate industry on general investment trends, potential acquisition opportunities and market values of commercial properties

  • Identify potential targets for acquisition, develop and execute Buy, Hold and Sell strategy and decision
