Job Requirements



  • Being site in charge in the daily operation and management of residential properties

  • Supervise a team and oversee the daily operation e.g. dealing with tenants, communicate with head office, etc.

  • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers

  • Liaise with various departments internally on property management related issues

  • Liaise with various government departments on property management related issues and maintain good relationship

  • Take the leading role in formation of owners committee



 

Job responsibilities

 



  • Degree in property-related studies with more than 5 years’ experience in residential property management and at least 2 years’ of managerial level, MIH/CIH/RPHM is preferable

  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, confident and presentable, outgoing with initiative, able to work independently

  • Experience in handling newly built residential property would be advantageous

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities:

 



  • Responsible for sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and deal closure for commercial/industrial real estate acquisitions

  • Carry out feasibility studies and financial/cash flow analysis on industrial/commercial property acquisitions, including multiple scenarios’ returns analysis

  • Obtain, review and track progress of due diligence reports, including environmental, structural, legal title and land survey; prepare investment reports and any other related reports

Assistant Clerk of Works (20-month renewable contract)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform construction site supervision, including site inspection in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely

  • Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standard is achieved, e.g. construction sequence, workmanship and health and safety, etc.

  • Monitor the progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget

  • Work closely with consultants, governmental departments, relevant organizations and internal team on project progression and implementation


 Job Requirements:



  • High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property development with hand-on skills in dealing with construction management in residential projects

  • Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details

  • Conversant with quality procedure and able to inspect and report

  • Exposure in residential projects for developer will be an advantage

  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership skills capable of driving the marketing & leasing team to meet targets and secure deals

  • Good networking with major retailers and agencies

  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations
