  • Manage local asset enhancement / renovation of commercial accommodations and deliver up-scale products by providing professional project management advice

  • Manage overall project timeline, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures<

Responsibilities:


  • Provide a full - spectrum of legal advise and support to the business of private equity and asset management

  • Advising on the integration of merger and acquisition targets, providing support in the company\'s strategic & key projects in different areas spanning real estate, REITs, private equity as well as corporate finance

  • Solid experience in customer facing digital solution such as E-commerce platform, Digital payment technology (including Digital Wallets), POS, CRM, etc.

  • A recognized PM qualification such as CSM or PMP would be an advantage.

  • Self-initiative, fast learning, creative and innovative with excellent analytical skills

  • Strong vendor management and presentation skill

  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
