Building Services Inspector (18-month renewable contract)

Job info

(18-month renewable contract with 5.5 days work week and public holiday)

 

Responsibilities:

 



  • Perform construction site inspection including inspect concealed conduit work, check building work instruction, material delivered, workmanship and issue memo on defects

  • Witness testing & commissioning, liaise and coordinate with utilities and contractors

  • Coordinate site office administration e.g. set up filing system, vet site correspondence (site query, RFI, etc) and comment.

  • Monitor contractor\'s submission and progress of BS installation works

  • Prepare outstanding defect list and compile various site records

  • Prepare inspection and site progress report

  • Attend site meeting and other utilities coordination meeting



 

Requirements:

 



  • High Certificate / Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years\' experience in handling onsite building services, mechanical & electrical installation works, testing and commissioning

  • Strong in effective communication with relevant parties on site issues

  • Can handle projects independently with good coordination  and organizational skills

  • Good command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies and activities in property development department

  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants on development scheme and layout design

  • Liaison with property agents to achieve sales target

  • Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry



 

Requirements:



  • Degree Holder or above in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 3 years\' working experience in residential property sales & marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred

  • Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Sales & Marketing

Senior Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:


- Monitor and supervise the Group’s property leasing and marketing activities


- Formulate and implement trade mix plan, conduct marketing research, rental forecast and budget preparation in all retail or development projects


- Work closely with internal departments on assets enhancement programs and strategic marketing campaigns


- Maintain and develop strong relationship with tenants and agencies


Requirements:


- Degree holder or above, preferably in Surveying /Real Estate/ Marketing / Business or related discipline


- MHKIS / MRICS is preferred


- At least 10 year leasing experience in shopping centre, street shops and office with at least 5 years at supervisory level.


- Experience in handling renovation and asset enhancement of shopping malls / office is an added advantage.


- Strong leadership skills capable of driving the marketing & leasing team to meet targets and secure deals


- Good networking with major retailers and agencies.


- Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations


- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Assistant Clerk of Works (20-month renewable contract)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform construction site supervision, including site inspection in details, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, report, interpret and record concisely

  • Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standard is achieved, e.g. construction sequence, workmanship and health and safety, etc.

  • Monitor the progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget

  • Work closely with consultants, governmental departments, relevant organizations and internal team on project progression and implementation


 Job Requirements:



  • High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property development with hand-on skills in dealing with construction management in residential projects

  • Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details

  • Conversant with quality procedure and able to inspect and report

  • Exposure in residential projects for developer will be an advantage

  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
