Senior Officer – Sales & Marketing

Job info

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies and activities in property development department

  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants on development scheme and layout design

  • Liaison with property agents to achieve sales target

  • Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry


Requirements:


  • Degree Holder or above in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 6 years’ working experience in residential property sales & marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred

  • Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities


  • Assist in the daily operation and club house operation of residential properties;

  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning;

  • Handle enquries and complaints from residents;

  • Maintain good relationship with residents and assist in formation of the owners committees;

  • Liaise with the property management team, i.e. technician and cleaners, on property maintenance work;

  • Handle inquiries and complaints


Requirements


  • Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines

  • 1 year or above relevant experience in property management

  • Good MS Office skill & Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Experience in handling newly built residential property would be an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

General Manager - Operation

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and expand a team to achieve departmental goals in Hong Kong Market, including but not limit to leasing, asset management, marketing and project planning

  • Coordinate and Analyze in the creation and the implementation of Asset Plan to match with business goals

  • Provide professional advice on rental trend, marketing positioning, disposal reinvestment, rental strategy and asset management

  • Set annual income targets and develop relevant leasing strategies on both retail and commercial properties

  • Monitor and manage assets to boost financial performance


Requirements:


  • Degree in surveying / real estate or related discipline with solid real estate and asset management experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience and track records of asset value enhancement from private equity, real estate funds or property developers is required

  • Excellent market sense and understanding of the HK, China and other countries property market and investment trends

  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
