Job info

Responsibilities



  • Assist in the daily operation and management of a residential property

  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning of the managed properties

  • Handle enquirers and complaints from residents

  • Maintain good relationship with residents and assist in formation of the owners committees

  • Other works assigned by supervisor



Requirements 



  • Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in property management

  • Relevant experience in residential estate is an advantage

  • Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances

  • Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Holding a property management practitioner license (Tier 1 / Tier 2) would be highly recommended

  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Property Officer

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for residential clubhouse management; providing customer service and handling paperwork

  • Organize and arrange clubhouse event planning and festival arrangements


Requirements:



  • 1 year or more customer service experience is preferred

  • Holding of Clubhouse management certificate is an advantage

  • Basic computer operation (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Chinese typing

  • Good Command in English & Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese

Responsibilities:



  • Perform C&B functions including but not limited to payroll processing, attendance & leave record maintenance, MPF administration, tax return and staff benefits

  • Assist in handling labour case and employees\' compensation case

  • Participate in various HR projects such as performance management, salary review, employee engagement survey and any other HR initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Continuously improve effectiveness of security risk control and review IT security risks

Requirements:



  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline

  • At least 5 years\' solid experience in server administration and server networking; candidate with less experience will be considered as system administrator

  • With technical support experience on LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewall

  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active directory, Group Policy, VMare, Networking, Firewall

  • Holder of certificate of CCNA or MCSE would be an advantage

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job info

Responsibilities:



  • Work with PIC (QS) to perform effective and efficient cost management function for assigned development projects and ensure fully complied with corporate cost control procedures, payment valuation, VO assessment and final account settlement;

  • Work with the project team to propose the appropriate / suitable procurement methods and work packages list for the projects;

  • Monitor and ensure QS consultant prepare the tender documents for the work packages based on the agreed tender schedule

  • Manage the QS consultant to carry out the tender analysis and tender report

  • Manage interim payments, claims, disputes and variation assessment

  • Work closely with the project team to perform the contract administration function




Requirements:



  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

  • Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying gained from recognized professional bodies

  • At least 8 years\' relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimating, cost control and contract administration of residential construction projects

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Handle all quantity surveying matters including but not limited to procurement and tendering, contract administration, cost planning, cost control and final accounts

  • Work with the project team to propose the appropriate / suitable procurement strategy for the projects

  • Carry out tender assessment and tender analysis

Requirements:



  • Degree in Quantity Surveying with recognized qualifications of MHKIS or equivalent

  • Familiar with tendering, subletting, purchasing, negotiation and contracts administration for building construction

  • Familiar with Buildings Ordinance, allied legislation and related Codes of Practice. Familiar with construction sites safety and relevant legislations.

  • Excellent scheduling, analytical and negotiation skills, well co-ordination with Contractors/Vendors/Parties/Trade

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

Requirements:



  • Degree or above in Accountancy or Finance with Professional accounting / Finance Analyst qualifications from recognized accounting bodies, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CFA

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in accounting/ property developer/ financial services & listed company with 5 years in a supervisory role is highly preferred

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager

  • Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules, and other legal and compliance regulations

  • Attention to details, organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Flexible, detail-oriented, well organized with strong leadership skills

  • Able to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS applications and ERP systems. Exposure in Oracle/JDE implementation is preferred
