Responsibilities:


  • Handle residents’ arrivals and departure procedures to residents in a professional manner

  • Handle enquiries & complaints and provide excellent services to residents

  • Conduct courtesy visits & establish friendly rapport to promote residents relationship


Requirements:


  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or related disciplines;

  • Exposure in service industry an advantage

  • Positive attitude and a good team player

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work on shift duties

  • Basic computer operation (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Chinese typing

Senior Finance Manager

  • Assist in managing daily operation of Finance & Accounts department

  • Perform annual & periodic Financial budget, forecast & cash flow forecast analysis

  • Perform financial & management analysis

  • Liaise with external parties (lawyer, auditors, bankers, other financial institutions and professionals) on various financial & compliance matters

  • Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties

  • Perform ad hoc assignment as required by the senior management




Requirements:


  • Degree or above in Accountancy or Finance with Professional accounting / Finance Analyst qualifications from recognized accounting bodies, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CFA<

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in property developer / REITs / Big 4 & listed company with 5 years in a supervisory role, 

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Controller

  • Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules, and other legal and compliance regulations

  • Attention to details, organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Flexible, detail-oriented, well organized with strong leadership skills

  • Able to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS applications and ERP systems. Exposure in Oracle/JDE implementation is preferred

Facility Manager (Hospitality)

Job info


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the technical operations of the student housing

  • Supervise the daily operations of Property & Maintenances team, including technicians and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations

  • Plan and implement duty roster, carry out maintenance repair operation, and ensure smooth transition of duty

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the student housing's equipment, machinery and systems

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs within allocated budget to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment

  • Conduct regular inspections of the student housing's equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and recommend solutions

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services including negotiation contracts, monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions

  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget

  • Prepare reports and accurate record on maintenance repair activities and equipment inventory

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes, including those related to fire safety and government rules & regulations



Requirements:



  • Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines, holder of MBSOMES / MHKIE / MCIBSE is preferable 

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in services apartments, hotel, or property management

  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, energy conservation, HVAC system and building services.

  • Knowledge in safety regulations and standards, handling licensing and certificate matters with government departments

  • Pro-active, detail-minded, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges

  • Good problem solving, analytical communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office & Chinese word-processing

  • Flexibility to work at nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:



  • Establish and project building service systems design brief and monitor design input;

  • Monitor and comment consultants design drawings, tender documents;

  • Assist tender analysis related to building service systems;

  • Comments contractor submissions, monitor contractor quality and progress of works;

  • Assist inspection and testing of completed projects;

  • other works assigned by the company;


Requirements:



  • Degree holder in building services/ electrical/ mechanical engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in building services/ electrical/ mechanical engineering field; experience in landlord/ property developer environment is highly preferred

  • Prior experiences (full cycle) project management experience in residential development is essential

  • Professional membership in HKIE/ CIBSE/ IMechE/ CIPHE is highly recommended

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
