Assistant Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer

Job info

Responsibilities:



  • Assist to manage and handle daily leasing matters of a mixed property portfolio

  • Handle leasing enquiry, leasing negotiation and co-ordination with internal and external parties

  • Conduct market research, data analysis, reports compilation and leasing deck presentation



Requirements:



  • Degree in Business Administration, Property / Facility Management, Surveying or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail property leasing

  • Experience gained from property developers will be advantage

  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

  • Proactive, positive work attitude and willing to work under pressure

  • Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Human Resources & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Handle full spectrum of HR & administration functions including recruitment, coaching, C&B and performance management, bonus scheme review, office administration etc;

  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions;

  • Provide quality support service and foster the high motivation environment in the company;

  • Keep abreast of local legislation's update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliance to local legislation's supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market;

  • Implement the employee retention strategy and develop the talent workforce;

  • Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company's business goals


Requirements:



  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines;

  • 10 years or above solid HR generalist with at least 3 years at managerial level;

  • Experienced in hotel/services apartment/co-living is a must

  • Experience in sizeable or listed company is highly preferred;

  • Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills;

  • Positive, hands-on, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible

  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines;

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin

Senior System Administrator

Job info

Responsibilities:



  • Provide system administration of Microsoft Domain / Active Directory, Firewall, Switches, VPN, Internet connectivity

  • Manage virtualization platform (VMware), public cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AliCloud) 

  • Perform backup/recovery for all systems

  • Perform IT procurement and maintain IT inventory accuracy

  • Provide assistance to support the service contracts renewal process

  • Provide support and assistance to IT projects as necessary

  • Provide support for Video Conference meetings and event

  • Provide help desk support and solutions to users

  • Improve effectiveness of security risk control and review IT security risks continuously

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor



Requirements:



  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline

  • At least 5 years' solid experience in server administration and server networking; candidate with less experience will be considered as System Administrator

  • With technical support experience on LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewall

  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active directory, Group Policy, VMware, Networking, Firewall, public cloud platform

  • Holder of certificate of CCNA or MCSE would be an advantage

  • Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn

  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Immediate available is highly recommended
