Senior Human Resources Manager

Job info

Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platform, cloud system, backup & recovery.

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.

  • Monitor systems for threats and vulnerabilities, improve effectiveness of security risk control continuously

  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Perform IT procurement and vendor contracts, and service agreements, maintain IT inventory accuracy.

  • Provide help desk support and solutions to users

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, usage of AI knowledge will be advantage.

  • Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business goals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor



Requirements:



  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines

  • 10 years or above solid HR generalist with at least 3 years at managerial level 

  • Experienced in sizable or listed Company of Property Development or Asset Management is a must

  • Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills

  • Positive, hands-on, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:



  • Manage end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related training and development programs

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems



Requirements:



  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar human resources generalist role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer

  • Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related issues

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
