Responsibilities:


  • Provide a full - spectrum of legal advise and support to the business of private equity and asset management

  • Advising on the integration of merger and acquisition targets, providing support in the company\'s strategic & key projects in different areas spanning real estate, REITs, private equity as well as corporate finance

  • Working closely with the deal teams & relevant stakeholders on various projects and deals

Responsibilities:


  • Assist daily operations, liaison, administration, handling customers\' inquiries & complaints

  • Daily inspect and check building common area to ensure a smooth security, cleaning, facility operations

  • Assist managers to liaise with office and retail tenants, contractors, office departments for carrying out daily property management task

  • Build up and maintain good relationship with clients


Requirements:


  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years working experience in Property Management / Commercial field such as shopping mall / car park

  • Possession of valid security personnel permit would be advantage

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Pleasant personality and willing to meet challenges

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Working Location in Shatin

Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager - Mall & Commercial

Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate planned renovations and A&A works for retail and F&B tenants/div>

  • Participate in planning and coordinating the retail portfolio improvement strategic projects

  • Oversee the daily operation of the property including maintenance, cleaning, security control, concierge services, financial management, budget preparation, landscaping, club house management, signage and car park management etc.

  • always Maintain good relationship with occupants by rendering prompt service

  • Handle complaints and emergency incidents

  • Supervise an on-site team to oversee the day-to-day operation and to comply with the Company\'s policies and requirements

  • >Review service contracts regularly and monitor the quality of service contractors

  • Develop improvement plans for standard procedures, control measures and environmentally friendly measures


Job Requirements:


  • Degree holder in Property / Housing / Real Estate Management / Surveying or equivalent

  • Recognized professional membership of MCIH or MHKIH is required

  • At least 8 years\' experiences of Property Management in shopping malls, commercial properties and retail shops

  • Experienced in pre-fitting out preparatory works for retail and F&B outlets

  • Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
