Responsibilities:



  • Manage local residential development projects and deliver up-scale products by providing professional project management service

  • Manage overall project timeline, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures

  • Responsible for the whole design process and to manage architect and other consultants / related parties to ensure design documents and studies are delivered and government submissions made on time, within budget and meeting quality standards

  • Manage contractors to control progress and to ascertain the full compliance with required standard of workmanship and specifications

  • Work closely with the consultants to ensure all design changes are under established budget control measures


 Requirements:



  • Degree in Architecture, Building Studies, Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years of project experience preferably with property developers or with consultancy firms

  • Experience in handling sizeable and prestigious residential projects in Hong Kong, especially ones under Consent Scheme

  • Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building construction

  • Effective in leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Construction Manager

  • Reporting to the General Manager (Site Management) to supervise overall construction life-cycling including construction planning, implementing and monitoring, ensure full compliance on company’s requirement and standard;

Legal Executive

Responsibilities:



  • Handle and solve the basic legal issues of the old building ownership, temporary lettings and repair/maintenance, such as land search, legal documents etc. before redevelopment.

  • To assist the acquisition department applies for cheques for different projects from the finance department or representatives of different law firms of our company, and records the cheque numbers of different projects, and the records are issued to different correspondent banks.

  • Vet and approve the agency contract for different acquisition projects is in accordance with the contract signed by the lawyer and the company\'s intention

  • Review with a wide range of signing contracts for the acquisition projects agreed to purchase, it is necessary to check the different terms in the contract & assist the assist the lawyer to solve the client\'s consensus on the terms

  • Handle issues in the process of applying for Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment, assist lawyers and acquisition teams to advance the process

  • To assist various estate agents and owners of old buildings on acquisition projects with basic legal questions, or need to go out to advance the project process

  • Handle all applications for each acquisition project

  • Check & update of the Cap.545 legal procedures and actively remind the Acquisition Team from time to time throughout the whole process

  • Liaise with external professional legal advisors and consultants

  • Vet and approve apportionment account at the time of completion of sale and purchase or delivery of vacant possession

  • Daily administrative work of the team including filing documents, updating acquisition database, stamp duty record keeping, preparation/execution of Confidentiality Agreement etc.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects whenever necessary


 Requirements:



  • Holder of a LLB degree or equivalent with at least 5 years solid working experience in law firm on acquisition or in-house legal department

  • With good interpersonal skills and is a good team player

  • Independent, well organized with attention to details

  • Good command in MS Office and Chinese word processing
